SCULPTURE
Our trail ride took us through a wildfire area burned a few years ago. Care was needed to help horses avoid stepping in holes left by burnt tree roots, so I was looking down a lot. I saw the burnt chunk that was once a large tree and decided it had to come to the studio to speak for the forest.
